We run engineering projects for outcomes in OpEx and CapEx.
We offer the option of the Integrative Design Process (IDP)
IDP delivers a project to your specifications in a way that it is our preferred discipline in such projects.
It applies to purchasing and approving design services, as well as design practitioners and those developing a master plan.
IDP facilitates the exchange of expertise and expectations between the design team, stakeholders and consultants. It yields priority rated solutions from conceptual design to construction, right through to day to day operations.
“IDP is holistic and collaborative. It fleshes out efficiency in all project aspects. It can be used in large infrastructural developments or a single building, say in an additional facility.. IDP can even be applied to policy planning. CapEX is reduced at the outset, with resources conserved at source. OpEX is reduced as IDP.. And, waste – or what was regarded as waste – is reduced by converting what’s left into useful products. And where CRX is concerned, applies sustainably sourced resource substitutes… applies low carbon principles. IDP singularly dispels the myth that being green and sustainable is a cost to the enterprise” Huston Eubank, architect and IDP facilitator
